- 1.5 pounds beef steak, sliced into strips
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Layer sliced potatoes in the slow cooker, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add sliced steak over the potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, milk, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, then pour over the steak and potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can substitute the beef with chicken or turkey for variation.
- For a spicier version, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
