- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped shrimp; cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Mix cooked shrimp into the cheese mixture. Stuff each shell with the seafood filling.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spoon the filling into a baking dish, pour over any remaining sauce, and top with extra cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with crab or scallops for variation.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
