This creamy seafood stuffed shells recipe combines tender pasta shells filled with a rich mixture of seafood, cream cheese, and herbs, baked to golden perfection. Perfect for a cozy night or special dinner.

  • 20 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and chopped shrimp; cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Mix cooked shrimp into the cheese mixture. Stuff each shell with the seafood filling.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spoon the filling into a baking dish, pour over any remaining sauce, and top with extra cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
