- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until tender.
- Add cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Stir well.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the mixture and cook until cheese melts and becomes creamy.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs if desired.

- Use thinly sliced sirloin for best texture and quick cooking.
- You can substitute provolone with mozzarella or cheddar for different flavors.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce during cooking.
