- 1 cup pastina pasta
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk or heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the pastina pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, milk or cream, and grated cheese.
- Heat until warmed through, then season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
