Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked chicken and vegetables, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, season with thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine cooked gnocchi with the sauce mixture.
- Transfer mixture into a baking dish topped with puff pastry or pie crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
