- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
