Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
