- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute shredded cooked turkey for chicken.
- For extra flavor, add cooked ham or bacon bits.
- Serve with a side of steamed veggies or a fresh salad.
