- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp salt

- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti or your favorite pasta for a complete meal.
