  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme. Sear each side for about 4-5 minutes until golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan cheese and cook until sauce slightly thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Return chicken to the skillet, nestling into the sauce. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes until cooked through and tender. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it tender and juicy.
  • For a thicken sauce, add a little more Parmesan or simmer longer.
  • You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
