- 200g graham cracker crumbs
- 100g unsalted butter, melted

- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 100g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butterscotch sauce
- Crushed nuts for topping
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
- In a mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream mixture over the prepared crust. Smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with butterscotch sauce and crushed nuts. Garnish as desired.
