- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Cook sliced sausage in the pot until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning; simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
