- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Stir in garlic and mushrooms, cook until tender.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to combine.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in sour cream until smooth. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
