Instructions
- Place chicken breasts or thighs in the crockpot.
- Add halved baby potatoes around the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic, Parmesan, chicken broth, heavy cream, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Optional: Broil the dish for 2-3 minutes to crisp up the potatoes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
