Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add halved potatoes around the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, Parmesan, heavy cream, and olive oil.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
