Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- For a creamier sauce, add more heavy cream or cheese.
- You can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter version.
