- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer until desired consistency is reached.
- Can be served with pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables.
