Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
