- 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bites
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to taste for more or less flavor.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
