Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275°F (135°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff and glossy.
- Gently fold in vinegar and cornstarch.
- Spread the meringue into a circle on the prepared baking sheet, creating a slight indentation in the center.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until crisp on the outside. Turn off oven and let meringue cool completely in the oven.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Spread whipped cream over the cooled meringue base.
- Top with sliced fruits and garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
