Instructions
- Place diced chicken, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, marinara, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over ingredients and stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot with crusty bread or garlic toast.
