- 2 lbs chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup tomato sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place diced chicken into the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, heavy cream, melted butter, garlic, garam masala, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for extra tenderness.
- Add a splash of lemon juice for extra tang.
