Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add cooked shredded chicken and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cook until slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
