Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and milk or heavy cream until the sauce is creamy and coated the noodles evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
