- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with yogurt, salt, and spices for 15 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a skillet until browned; set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add tomato sauce and spices; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan, stir in cream, and cook until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
Notes
For creamier texture, add a bit more heavy cream; for a spicier taste, increase chili powder.
