- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 onion, diced

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add olive oil and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Add shredded chicken, heavy cream, and cheese, stirring until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with crispy bacon and fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute turkey bacon for a healthier option.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk and dairy-free cheese.
- Reheat gently on the stove to prevent curdling of the cream.
