Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a spread.
  3. Spread the mixture on one side of each bread slice.
