- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook diced onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Set aside.
- Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Spread cooked beef mixture over potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix sour cream and milk; pour over the beef layer.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
