- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 4 oz Boursin cheese (garlic & herbs flavor)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or chives before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Boursin cheese for a richer or milder flavor.
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or omit for a vegetarian version using plant-based cheese.
