- 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, parsley, Parmesan, mayonnaise, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or garnish with extra herbs.

- You can add chopped nuts or cheese for extra flavor.
- Great served with cranberry sauce or a simple aioli.
