Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, onion, garlic, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, then add eggs and mix thoroughly.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bristle with olive oil for a crispy exterior.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
