- 1 lb cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk eggs and melted butter, then add to the turkey mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
- Serve warm with cranberry sauce or gravy if desired.
Notes
- You can prepare the stuffing mixture a day ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- For extra flavor, add chopped onions or garlic to the mixture.
