Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
- Add the cinnamon stick and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavor.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and honey if desired.
- Strain the milk into a cup to remove cinnamon stick.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder and serve hot.

- For a vegan version, substitute dairy milk with almond or coconut milk.
