Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
