  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove excess fat if necessary.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent.

  5. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, about 5 minutes.
