Instructions
- Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour the filling over the crust and swirl with cinnamon spice for a marbled effect. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and garnish with cinnamon sticks if desired.
