- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in cooked spaghetti until evenly coated with sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

- You can add cooked sausage or chicken for extra protein.
- For a crispy topping, broil for an additional 2 minutes at the end.
