- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- While potatoes roast, sauté sliced smoked sausage in a skillet until browned and heated through.
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese to make a creamy sauce.
- Once potatoes are done, arrange on a serving platter, topped with sausage slices. Drizzle with the ranch cheese sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
