- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add beef, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
- Stir in diced potatoes, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover until melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
