- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cooked broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread cooked broccoli evenly over the pastry surface.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the broccoli.
- Roll the pastry tightly from one edge to the other to form a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch thick rounds and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
