- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with blueberries.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until filling is set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute blueberries with raspberries or blackberries for variation.
- Chill the bars before serving for best texture.
