Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust. Top with blueberries.
  5. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until filling is set. Cool completely before slicing.
