Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until a dough forms. Let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe strips onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Immediately roll baked churros in cinnamon sugar for coating.
