- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, spinach, feta, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving for more flavor.
